Real Silicon Lover After Sales Guidelines:

  1. Personal Use: Our physical dolls are designed for personal use. For reasons of hygiene and customization, we regretfully cannot support unreasonable return and exchange services. We urge all customers to thoroughly review the product’s design, principle, structure, and composition materials before purchasing. By proceeding with the purchase, it is understood that you have acknowledged and accepted these aspects.
  2. Inspection on Receipt: When receiving your order, please inspect the product before signing for it. Should you encounter any quality issues after signing, please get in touch with our customer service and sales teams immediately for resolution. Compensation will be considered depending on the nature of the problem.Once the doll has been used, we cannot accept returns.Thoroughly inspect the doll from head to toe before use. If the product is damaged due to improper use, you will be responsible for it. It is important to use common sense and handle the item properly to avoid causing any damage to the product. If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours. It is also important to include as much detail as possible, including any images and videos.We can then work to resolve the issue.
  3. Order Modification、Cancellation and Refund: We do not accept any cancellation of orders and refund for any reason, it’s important that once you place an order including making a deposit or paying for it in full, your purchase is considered a final sale.If you wish to modify your order after purchase, we will need to assess whether this is possible based on the actual circumstances. Please note that modifications cannot be made once the package has been done and shipped.

Damage and Warranty:

For the following scenarios, we will offer reshipment or remake:

Incorrect Dolls – We will send you videos as well as photos for confirmation before shipping, so don’t worry about receiving the wrong doll. But if it does happen, when you receive the doll, just show us an unboxing video (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box ). We will report and check with our shipping carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.
Damaged Dolls – You should file a claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package if it is severely damaged. A new replacement doll will be arranged depending on how severe the damage is. For slight damage, we will provide all the necessary kits to help you fix the item.
Missing Package – If the tracking number shows your package is delivered but you didn’t receive anything, call UPS/FedEx and file a claim ASAP. If you require signature service to prevent package loss, please make sure to note it at the time of checkout.

Non-Quality Issues:

Odor: TPE is a composite material, and a slight plastic smell may be present, which is not a quality defect. All materials used in our factory are safe and non-toxic. If the odor is a concern, we can provide rubber blocks free of charge for you to assess the acceptability. The customers must pay the freight cost for this service.
Design: The product’s design is not a valid reason for return.
Unmet Expectations: The factory photos of the sex doll will be shared and confirmed with the customer before shipment. The commercial images are for reference only, and variations may occur due to lighting, angles, or venue differences. Please prevail with the factory photos of the doll.
Use Damage: It is not considered a quality issue if the doll is damaged
due to improper use or normal wear and tear. Minor breaks caused by improper use can be repaired using glue. We will provide the repair glue for free, but customers must cover the freight costs.
Additional Functions: Features like heating, vocalization, and sex doll robots may be susceptible to damage during transportation or improper use. In such cases, it becomes difficult to provide maintenance services due to high transportation costs. We will refund the additional fees charged for these functions to the buyer.
Staining: TPE and silicone materials are prone to staining, and any staining caused by wearing dark clothes or other factors is not a quality issue. If staining occurs, we will provide the color removal cream free of charge for each order, but customers will need to cover the freight costs.
Parting Line: Our product manufacturing process combines two pieces of mold, creating a parting line. This line is a natural outcome of the manufacturing process and not a quality issue.
Transportation Damage: If the product is damaged during transportation, please coordinate with the freight forwarder for compensation.

After-Sales Support:

For non-quality related issues, excluding Transportation Damage, we are committed to maintaining good cooperation and upholding the brand’s reputation. We will try our best in resolving such problems.

Robot Sex Doll After-Sales Policy:

  1. We do not accept returns for purchased robot sex dolls.
  2. The robotic dolls come with 3 months of after-sales service starting from the day of product delivery.Customers must use the robot doll properly. Any intentional damage will void the after-sales service. Please contact our customer service for information on the features of the robot doll.
  3. If you observe any uncommon occurrences with your robot doll following purchase, kindly cease its usage promptly and contact the salesperson from whom you acquired it. This will aid us in gaining a clearer understanding of the issue and formulating an appropriate resolution.
  4. As we are unable to offer door-to-door maintenance services, we will return the cost of the robot’s functionality in case of damage or malfunction. In the event of more severe issues, we will supply a replacement body.
  5. We do not offer repair services that return the doll to the factory.
  6. The robot sex doll is considered a consumable product. We offer a 3-month after-sales service period, excluding any damage caused by human interference or malicious intent. Beyond this 3-month period, no compensation or after-sales service will be provided.

We understand the appeal of purchasing a sex doll with robotic functions that can enhance your sexual experience. However, it is important to note that these robot sex dolls have a shorter lifespan than non-robot sex dolls and are considered consumable products. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully consider your decision before purchasing.

Electronics Usage: The company holds no responsibility for accidental losses resulting from improper use of electronic features, such as sound generation and heating.
